RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customers may request a return within 14 days  of their order .

To be eligible for a return , the item must be unused ,in its original condition and in its original packaging .

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective products must be reported  within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photos .

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method .
